The Greet Inn in Birmingham is a typical example of an investment with a weaker covenant that we acquired in 2000. As always in these cases the relative weakness of its covenant was overcome by the various development possibilities that the site held. Working closely with the local planning authorities we have been able to secure consent to provide a Class A1 Retail Food Store with independent office accommodation and associated parking. This prestigious development will enhance the local area and contribute to the city and district urban regeneration initiatives.
