We are a Midlands based company with a UK wide interest in investment properties. Our acquisition strategy calls for lot sizes of up to £10m on FRI leases with fixed or RPI uplifts. Yields will need to be 7% or greater.
We would consider Retail, Industrial, Government and Corporate Office complexes including mixed use investments.
Any investments with leases of less than five years duration or weaker covenants would need development potential before consideration.
We have an active interest in both commercial and residential ground rent investments.
